CHAPTEr RECRUITER

The Chapter Recruiter is eager to go find amazing leaders and help them start thriving Delight chapters. The Chapter Recruiter is so passionate about Delight that they can convince nearly anyone to make it a huge part of their college experience. Not only are they persuasive they can also give clear direction and assist leaders through the entire process of starting a chapter from day one to kickoff. Delight has a goal of reaching every single college campus by the year 2030. The Chapter Recruiter’s main initiative is further the growth of Delight in order to reach that goal. The Chapter Recruiter gets excited about meeting big goals and is willing to do anything in their power to meet them.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Actively Recruit New Chapters
Compelling women to take action in building Christ-centered community on their college campus
Developing & executing ministry growth plans/ programs
Finding strategic partnerships to spread awareness of Delight
Creating visual graphics, newsletters, TikToks, etc. to promote/advertise the Start a Delight cohort
Running marketing ADs, analyzing data, and strategically taking action
Traveling to recruit women to start chapters
+ Manage all Start a Delight Cohort Members
Training and communicating with SAD cohort members through regular texts, phone calls, emails, zoom calls, etc.
Maintaining awareness and track the overall health of women/chapters who are walking through the SAD cohort
Empowering and leading the SAD cohort members from beginning to the end of the process
Always improving the SAD cohort material
MUST HAVES:
+ Sales and/or Marketing experience
+ Persuasive and influential personality
+ Exceptional organization, communication and time management skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
+ Proficient with CMS Systems
+ Familiar with the structure and mission of Delight
+ Calling to work in women's ministry
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or similar experience
+ Ability to start working January 1, 2023
+ Lives in (or willing to relocate to) the Nashville area
