At Delight Ministries we are passionate about Jesus, college women, stories, and our interns. We work hard, have fun, and roll our sleeves up to make the community of Delight stronger and to glorify the Lord in all we do!

We would love for you to join us! 

Internships begin every August, January and May to coincide with the college schedule. Applicants must be college students and be willing to relocate to Nashville, TN for the duration of the internship.

Summer 2025 Internship Positions

MID MAY- MID AUGUST

Located in Nashville, TN. 10-15 hours a week. Unpaid positions.

SOCIAL MEDIA / MARKETING INTERN

Are you passionate about making a difference and helping grow a meaningful mission? Join our team as a Social Media and Marketing Intern for a semester! You’ll have the opportunity to be a key player in our outreach efforts, focusing on content creation, social media strategy, and marketing campaigns. Each day will bring exciting new challenges, from assisting with engaging posts for our social channels (Instagram and Tik Tok) to helping with the marketing side of recruitment. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of marketing and nonprofit work, all while working closely with a passionate team. This role requires you to be based in our Nashville, TN office. Get ready to dive into the dynamic world of marketing for a cause!

MINISTRY DEVELOPMENT INTERN

Are you passionate about impacting the next generation? You will get to be a part of our team for a semester and help us with one of some biggest tasks: event planning and assisting in customer relations and donor development! Each day will look different (from planning for our Vision Night to thanking our donors)—you are sure to see the behind the scenes of development! You will have a ton of firsthand experience and must be willing to work from the office in Nashville, TN!

OPERATIONS / ADMIN AND EVENTS INTERN

Do you want to learn the ins and outs of the operational side of a small business and non profit, to be a big part of everyday important details? For the Ops and Events intern you will not only be working along side the Director of operations and Staffing development but you will get to run alongside her in all of the fundamental things that help make delight HQ thrive. You will assist with running the online store, everyday details of running an office and helping plan logistics of our annual conference. ations and Staff Development Manager and see ALL the in’s and out’s of the ministry!

GENERAL INTERN REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Lives in or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN.

+ Strong work ethic and “no task is too small” attitude.

+ Passionate about the Lord. 

+ A total team player.

+ Works well with others and has GREAT communication skills.

+ Ability to problem-solve and anticipate needs.

+ Flexible with the ever ebbing and flowing needs of a growing ministry.

+ Upkeep of Delight HQ (organization, cleaning, filing, sorting).

+ Has own reliable transportation and laptop computer.

+ Most importantly loves to have fun while pursuing the heart of God!
